How long does delivery take ?
Delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days for international orders, depending on your country. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I track my order ?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do your jerseys run true to size ?
Our jerseys are cut for a streamlined, performance-oriented fit: snug without restricting movement. They run slightly slim compared to casual wear. We recommend checking your chest and torso measurements against our size guide before ordering.

Our Eritrea Edition jersey is inspired by the rich cycling heritage of Eritrea, home to some of the world's most remarkable riders. We believe great kit should perform as well as it looks, on the road and off it.
How should I care for my jersey ?
To keep your jersey in top condition: machine wash cold (30°C max), inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners as they degrade technical fabrics over time. Air dry flat and away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bhperformance.co with your order number and reason for return.

We accept CHF, EUR, USD and Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, and we accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at checkout in your selected currency.
